[Cucumber] io.cucumber 4.2.0 release

I see 4.2.0 was released in October. in fact there were 6 releases between
September and October 2018. Are there any release notes for these other
than notes in the guthub commit history?
Also is it intended to update the documentation on the io.cucumber website
to incorporate changes?

Good question. i have just upgraded cucumber and gherkin and have run into
issues trying to run my tests. if i find anything i will be sure to post
something back.
I did find this, which i am reading through now:

In addition to the CHANGELOG.md

github, there are usually also blogposts on https://cucumber.io/blog for
larger changes, for instance there are blogposts for v4.0.0 and v4.2.0.
